RATES & POLICIES RATES GUESTHOUSE: $125 - $145 per night double occupancy depending on season....includes breakfast foods such as bacon, eggs, biscuits, etc., stocked in your private kitchen for you to cook whenever you are ready.. Sleep as late as you like, and even have breakfast in bed if it suits your fancy.... Coffee outside in your PJ's, weather permitting. (Each additional person $15) ....OR... $ 85 - $100 per night without breakfast (Each additional person $10) COTTAGE: $55 - $95 per night double occupancy, depending on season...includes complementary in-room coffee. Each additional person $10 .. Country breakfast served in your cottage $25. POLICIES
One-night's Deposit to hold your reservation. Payment accepted by check, cash,
travelers' checks or VISA or MasterCard. A $30 Administrative Processing Fee will be charged for any cancellation of a standing reservation. For most reservations, with at least seven days notice, we’ll gladly credit your deposit to another visit within 6 months, or we’ll refund your deposit less a $30 per room processing fee. For cancellations less than seven days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. If a customer has made reservations for several nights, and fails to show, nor do they call or e-mail, they will be charged the full amount of their stay. Since we have only two accommodations to rent, a "no show" is a big impact on our business; if you must cancel, the courtesy of being notified well in advance is appreciated. This gives us a chance to rent to someone else, and reduce the impact on both of us. Arrival time after 3 p.m. Departure time before noon. Other times may be set by prior arrangement. Designated smoking areas. We will make every effort to fulfill any Special requests .
